Cancellation Before Shipment

Cancellation After Shipment

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped. In such cases, you may follow the return process after delivery, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 3 days from the date of delivery, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is initiated within 3 calendar days of successful delivery
  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The product is returned with original packaging, tags, and any accompanying accessories or documentation
  • The product shows no signs of damage, alteration, or wear

Returns requested after the 3-day return window will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products showing signs of wear, scratches, or alterations
  • Clearance, discounted, or promotional sale items (unless defective)

  • Clear images or video of the product (if requested)

Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the return shipment.

Please note:

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or incorrect product delivery
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Pearl Drape is not responsible for items lost during return transit

Refund Policy
