We offer a 3-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags, certificates (if any), and original packaging intact. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewellery pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
